Payment methods, delivery, postage and refund policy
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via Secure Server. When you place an order through Virtually Glass the secure server padlock symbol will appear at the bottom right / top left of your browser (depending on the browser you are using) to confirm that your transaction and card details are being handled securely. Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Maestro).
The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Virtually Glass - Our Style Ltd have cleared in full.
Delivery of your polycarbonate glasses
Your UK order will be sent to you within 10 days, normal delivery times are 3-4 days.
For Bulk Orders - We will contact you on order and agree delivery timescales.
FREE UK Postage
We will arrange delivery of your polycarbonate plastic glasses as soon as payment is received.
All single packs weighing less than 1kg will be sent to UK locations by Royal Mail 2nd Class FREE of charge.
All single pack or multi pack purchases weighing more than 1kg will be sent to UK locations by Hermes couriers on a 3-5 day delivery. This will be sent FREE of charge. Any multi-pack purchase may be sent via another courier at our discretion.

Returns Policy & Guarantee
We guarantee your complete satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
